Maghreb Building

The Yunika Maghreb Division breaks through existing convention to develop and execute original, creative commercial complexes. The division strategically coordinates entire building projects, from tenant layout through operations, and effectively manages amusement building complexes.

Located in the Tama New Town area, the massive leisure complex Maghreb Building has helped revitalize the area in front of the Tama New Town train station. Offering an ideal mix of supermarkets, fitness clubs, and other businesses, the complex delivers the goods and services that local residents need. This division currently operates the Maghreb Building, two other amusement complex buildings, and one parking structure.

As part of its focus on the production of the buildings it operates, Yunika is also involved in operating its own entertainment outlets, such assupermarkets,fitness and spa clubs,billiards and darts parlors,karaoke and darts parlors,and Japanese-style pubs,in the buildings it owns and manages. In addition, the company also opened outlets outside its own building—in October 2005, a cafe in front of Chofu Station offering passengers and passersby a place to take a break, and in May 2006, Cafe & Bar S at the East Exit of JR Shinjuku Station developed for female customers seeking an inviting, light-hearted atmosphere. Yunika remains committed to the development and management of locations outside its own buildings, creating outlets ideally matched to their local communities.
