From its origins in Japan's wholesale industry, Yunika Corporation has moved on to create and operate amusement facility businesses under its steady management, accumulating experience in the development of and investment in prime real estate near train stations. The Company is applying this know-how to evolve a comprehensive real estate business and expand a service business that is rooted in people's lifestyles and local communities.

In putting the customer first, we are continuously aware that Yunika's services must offer total satisfaction. Therefore, we believe in thinking outside the box and taking a flexible approach to concepts of customer service. As a result of this approach, the Company has developed businesses along diverse lines, culminating with the opening of Yunika Building in April 2010, a large-scale facility in a dynamic area of Tokyo. In addition to managing and operating the Yunika Building, we are expanding the Company's media business by producing and organizing content for the building's giant outdoor screens.
